Sacks Hospice Thrift Shoppe of Providence Sonoma County was founded in 1987 as a perpetual fundraiser for Hospice of Petaluma.  We are a volunteer-driven thrift store with dozens of dedicated and hardworking women, men and students donating their time and talents to make Sacks a warm and welcoming destination.

Sacks is a non-profit 501(c)(3) with all proceeds going directly back into our community.  Your donations and purchases fully fund no-cost grief services, children's programs and community education.  Sixty five percent of those who have received grief services have not had a loved one or family member receive Hospice Services but are members of  our community who are in need of grief support. 
​We have supported many grieving adults, children and teens and coached several local school counselors in grief support. We have also provided grief support information and resources to dozens of businesses and community organizations.  Without your donations and purchases to Sacks Hospice Thrift Shoppe these
​no-cost services would not be available in your community.
